The Tallyn's Reach Authority Board of Directors has selected the Front Range Recreation as your pool and lifeguard service provider for the current pool season. The Front Range Recreation is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool and will be providing lifeguards during pool hours along with maintaining the facility, monitoring and checking homeowners for access cards (including unattended minors), as well as monitoring compliance with the rules and regulations. Please make sure you bring your access cards for entrance into the facility. Please also familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations in the document below the policies and procedures stated in the document below.
Rules and RegulationsAdopting Policies and Procedures Governing Tallyn's Reach Clubhouse and Recreation AmenitiesPlease remember you need to be in good standing with the Tallyn’s Reach Metropolitan District to use the amenities. If your Tallyn’s Reach Metropolitan District account becomes delinquent at any time, access to the amenities will be revoked and your access cards will be deactivated.
2025 Pool Information
You will need to bring your activated pool card to enter the pool.
In order to have your key fobs activated to access to the pool, all current Tallyn's Reach Resident will need to fill out new Disclaimer of Liability/User Release forms for the 2025 pool season. This is a yearly waiver and must be completed for you to have access to the pool.
If you need a pool access card, email office@frontrangerecreation.com and arrange for your key card pick up.
Replacement cards are $25. Renters can get a card from their landlord or purchase one for $25 (credit card only)

Pool Rules and Regulations
These Rules and Regulations are designed to promote the safety and enjoyment of residents and their guests. We ask for your cooperation in abiding by these rules. Decisions of the lifeguards on duty will be final.
- Homeowners must have their key card to enter the pool area.
- No running.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS.
- No diving in shallow areas.
- No hanging on lane lines or depth dividers.
- No conduct detrimental to safety. No pushing/dunking/rough-housing. No spitting or throwing of water.
- Persons not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper while in the pools. No plastic disposable or cloth diapers are permitted.
- Reasonably sized floating toys, rafts, rings, tubes, and boards are allowed at the lifeguard's discretion.
- Children of non-swimming ability must be in direct contact with an adult in the water at all times.
- Hard balls, such as tennis balls and footballs, are not permitted.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older, to enter the pool area.
- Animals (except service animals) are not allowed in the pool area. Pets may not be left outside the pool area unattended, or tied to the fence, at any time.
- Proper swim attire required - swim suits only. No cutoffs or shorts.
- Foul, abusive, or excessively loud language will not be permitted.
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc., are not permitted. Strollers may be brought into the pool area and must be wheel-locked when unattended.
- The pool may be closed from time to time for weather-related activity. All individuals must leave the pool area during electrical storms. The pool may also be closed if the air temperature is less than 64 degrees.
- Persons having infectious diseases, open sores, or cuts are not permitted in the pool.
- Food is not permitted in or near the swimming pools - only at the supplied tables. Trash must be disposed of in waste receptacles. No gum is permitted.
- Smoking and/or tobacco products are not permitted in the pool area or within 25 feet of the pool fence.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
- All users of the pool shall be responsible for damage to property of the Authority caused by their family and/or guests.
- Radios and other electronic devices must be played so as not to offend others. Lifeguards may determine acceptable volume levels.
- A swim test will be conducted on all children that will not be within arm's length of a parent or guardian.
- Children who pass the swim test will be marked appropriately.
- The Authority and lifeguards are not responsible for lost or stolen articles or damage to any personal items.
- Obey the lifeguards at all times. Lifeguards reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply with the pool rules and regulations or their direction.
Guest Policy:
- Residents are permitted up to six (6) total Users (including guests) per day at the facility.
- Special arrangements for additional guests must be made through the Authority Manager.
