Tallyn’s Reach Metro Authority & Districts vs Tallyn’s Reach HOA and Fieldstone HOA
The Tallyn’s Reach Metropolitan Athority and District Nos. 2 and 3 are independent government entities formed to fi nance, design and construct certain public improvements throughout the community at the time of development, and then to operate, improve and maintain those improvements throughout the community on an ongoing basis. Tallyn’s Reach also has two HOAs, the Master HOA for the entire community, and the Fieldstone HOA for the Fieldstone area specifi cally. The Tallyn’s Reach Master Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Fieldstone HOA are separate from the Authority and Districts. Here’s a breakdown of the differences:
